How to Learn More About Whole Health Education

Updated: May 24, 2021

I have graduated from the National Institute of Whole Health with a Certification in Whole Health Education. A certificate in Whole Health Coaching and Patient Health Advocacy. Please see below for additional information.

As a Whole Health Educator (TM) Through the National Institute of Whole Health, I utilize Evidenced based and cutting edge relevant information that incorporate the five aspects of health. These aspects are: Physical, Emotional, Nutritional, Spiritual and Environmental.(tm) that can influence your wellbeing. I do not apply the quick fix methodology of isolating and fixing but rather we review together all the aspects of your health to create a plan for greater health and wellbeing tailored uniquely to you. I treat you as a Whole Person greater than the sum of your parts, and I partner with you to identify the root causes of your health concerns.

This Whole Person focus helps my clients understand by connecting the dots between their current lifestyle , behavior and their health. Being able to recognize the ability and tools for change that you can incorporate to make meaningful changes in your health is very impowering.

We work together to create an action plan with achievable goals.

By working together with these methods we can partner to create sustainable positive lifestyle changes that can reduce your risk of developing a life threatening diagnosis or lessen the impact of a current health concern.

I look forward to working with you and partnering with you for a greater health and wellness life!
